Senior Manager – Big 4 Advisory, Audit or Tax (Ireland)

About the role

We are supporting a global organisation expanding into Ireland and are seeking experienced Senior Managers or Directors from the Big 4 to join their strategic team. The role will leverage your extensive background in Advisory, Audit or Tax while offering exposure to a new business environment with continuous growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements across Advisory, Audit or Tax services.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support the firm’s expansion in Ireland.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape service offerings and drive market penetration.

Required profile

• Current or recent Senior Manager/Director experience at a Big 4 firm.
• Proven track record in delivering high‑value Advisory, Audit or Tax projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
