About the role
We are partnering with a global organisation expanding its footprint in Ireland. The firm seeks experienced Senior Managers or Directors from a Big 4 background to join a strategic hiring programme across Advisory, Audit and Tax.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver high‑impact projects in advisory, audit or tax for the client’s Irish operations.
- Support the client’s market entry and growth strategy through expert guidance and stakeholder management.
- Mentor and develop junior teams, ensuring delivery of quality services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align financial and regulatory objectives.
Required profile
- Current or recent Senior Manager/Director experience at a Big 4 firm.
- Proven track record in advisory, audit or tax services.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to pivot into a new business sphere while leveraging existing expertise.
