Senior Manager, Change Management & Training

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Change Management and Training for a global ERP and Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) platform implementation. The role will drive business adoption, stakeholder engagement, and readiness across multiple sites worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated organizational change plan covering readiness, communications, security, and training.
• Partner with functional workstreams, business leaders, external experts, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Lead a cross‑functional team responsible for people, site, and business readiness.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and business adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and deliver training programs to equip users with the necessary skills for the new ERP system.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading change management initiatives for large‑scale ERP implementations.
• Strong background in supply chain or operations environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple geographic locations.
