About the role
Supports the Director of Evidence Generation Program Excellence to drive operational excellence, governance, portfolio prioritisation and innovation across the US Evidence Generation organisation. The role delivers execution, coordination, analysis and change‑management for key initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development and continuous improvement of portfolio prioritisation frameworks, governance models and decision‑support processes.
- Collect, organise and analyse operational data and stakeholder feedback to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define business requirements, prioritisation criteria and governance expectations.
- Plan and coordinate annual prioritisation activities, preparing presentations, business cases and leadership updates.
- Advance process improvement and operational innovation, including workflow simplification, digital intake solutions, SharePoint applications, reporting tools, automation and AI‑enabled capabilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, life sciences, health economics, outcomes research, public health or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, research operations, clinical operations, HEOR, medical affairs or program excellence.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects, process improvement initiatives and governance programmes.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
