Senior National Account Manager - Beauty

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑driven Senior National Account Manager to lead and expand our beauty brand’s presence across retail, grocery and wholesale channels in Ireland. The role combines strategic account ownership with team leadership and close collaboration with marketing, operations and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow key national retail, grocery and wholesale accounts, meeting annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute customer‑specific account plans, commercial strategies and joint business plans.
• Build strong senior relationships with retailers, distributors and external partners.
• Lead, coach and develop a sales team to achieve wholesale targets and individual development goals.
• Analyse account performance, including sales, margin and P&L, and provide accurate forecasting and weekly updates.
• Identify new commercial opportunities, distribution channels and retailer expansion prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective brand activation, promotional and in‑store execution plans.
• Maintain clear visibility of the sales pipeline, future opportunities and customer‑specific growth plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in national account management, key account management or senior sales roles.
• Proven experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics or a comparable premium/mass‑market consumer brand.
• Experience working with Irish grocery, retail, wholesale or distribution accounts is highly desirable.
• Track record of delivering sales growth, managing commercial targets and developing customer relationships.
• Previous people‑management experience with the ability to lead, motivate and develop direct reports.
• Strong understanding of retail, e‑commerce, customer marketing and brand activation.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, numerical and analytical skills, including account performance analysis and forecasting.
