About the role
The Senior People Specialist joins Salesforce's Employee Success team to provide HR guidance and support to a globally dispersed workforce. Leveraging the latest Salesforce technology, you will help employees and managers navigate policies, resolve workplace concerns, and maintain high‑quality employee records.
Key responsibilities
- Guide employees and managers on HR policies, championing Salesforce’s vision, values, and culture.
- Recommend and implement effective solutions for workplace concerns, escalating to Employee Relations when needed.
- Support business partners by interpreting policies and ensuring consistent practices.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of HR activities and metrics.
- Collaborate with centers of excellence such as Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development.
- Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and take appropriate actions to address concerns.
- Provide front‑line support for prevention, resolution, and referral of employee issues.
