Senior Project Manager – End‑to‑End Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Senior Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of cross‑functional projects, from discovery through to closure. You will be responsible for delivering agreed outcomes on time, within scope and budget while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects that span business, change and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, aligning all stakeholders.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely status reports to project teams and senior leadership.
• Prepare governance and steering documentation, escalating issues when needed.
• Ensure deliverables are version‑controlled, approved and completed as scheduled.
• Oversee change control processes and secure formal agreement on impacts.
• Coordinate third‑party vendors to meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Highly organised, analytical and solution‑focused with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Clarity and Jira.
• Deep understanding of project management best practices and delivery frameworks.
