Senior Recruiter – EMEA

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across the EMEA region. The role involves shaping hiring strategies, uncovering niche talent, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of EMEA roles and markets.
• Design and execute innovative, data‑led sourcing strategies focused on niche talent pools and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through creative outreach and market mapping.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience with transparent and timely communication.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Leverage insights and data to continuously improve hiring outcomes and processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑volume recruitment across EMEA, successfully filling complex and niche roles.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, targeting specialised or competitive talent markets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and take ownership of results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills across diverse geographies.
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and maintaining high standards throughout the hiring journey.
