About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing Finance recruitment team in Dublin. You will manage a 360° desk, build lasting relationships with finance professionals and senior business leaders, and help shape the growth of our finance practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a 360 recruitment desk focused on finance appointments.
• Develop and nurture relationships with finance professionals and senior decision‑makers.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
• Create and execute an effective business development plan.
• Oversee the full end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Build market intelligence and position yourself as a finance specialist.
• Expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to team initiatives and share best practices.

• Proven track record within agency recruitment.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building capability.
• Consultative, advisory approach with clients and candidates.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and highly motivated.
• Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills.
