Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Fruition Group is a fast‑growing technology recruitment firm operating across the UK, Ireland, EU and the USA. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑energy team, report directly to our Directors and play a pivotal role in sourcing top tech talent and expanding our client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing accounts into key strategic relationships.
• Identify and engage suitable tech candidates (permanent and contract) that match client requirements.
• Headhunt and network on platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub and Stack Overflow.
• Write and post compelling job adverts.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support candidates throughout the process.
• Extend job offers, manage rejections and collect references.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Leverage social media to enhance personal branding.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technology industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Attend client meetings to explore new opportunities and negotiate fees.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their day‑to‑day recruitment activities.
