Senior Site Manager – New Build Project in West Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a significant new‑build development in West Dublin. Reporting to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager, you will oversee all on‑site activities from groundworks through to completion, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day‑to‑day site operations
• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensure works align with programme, drawings and quality standards
• Coordinate multiple trades and manage site logistics
• Lead site meetings and maintain accurate records and reports
• Enforce full compliance with specifications, building regulations and design requirements
• Implement strict health and safety procedures across all activities
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
• Manage materials, plant and deliveries in line with project timelines
• Drive high standards of workmanship throughout all construction phases

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Management role
• Proven experience delivering new‑build or medium/large‑scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities
• Focus on quality assurance and health & safety compliance
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site‑management certifications (e.g., SMSTS)
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Full clean driving licence
• Broad experience across residential, commercial and industrial builds
