Senior Sitecore Developer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sitecore Developer to lead the creation of modern, headless digital experiences using Sitecore JSS. You will collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and frontend teams to design scalable, cloud‑native solutions that boost customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, upgrade and maintain headless Sitecore applications with Sitecore JSS.
• Integrate modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js, React or Angular, applying appropriate rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR).
• Implement personalization, multi‑language support and component‑based architecture in Sitecore.
• Work with DevOps to deploy solutions on Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Front Door and CDNs.
• Partner with content authors and UX/UI teams to deliver seamless editorial experiences.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across Sitecore and frontend layers.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, documentation and contribute to front‑end architecture decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of enterprise .NET and Sitecore development experience.
• 2+ years hands‑on with Sitecore JSS, SXA and headless Sitecore (preferably Sitecore 10+).
• Strong understanding of Azure/AWS PaaS, CI/CD pipelines, Application Insights and cloud networking.
• Deep knowledge of Sitecore Helix architecture, serialization tools and content modeling.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL and webhooks in composable architectures.
• Excellent debugging, problem‑solving and performance‑tuning skills.
