Senior Software Engineer – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join DataAnnotation’s coding team as an AI Trainer. You will work remotely on a flexible schedule, creating and solving coding challenges that help improve state‑of‑the‑art AI models. Your contributions will directly shape the next generation of intelligent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with a focus on Android development.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide constructive feedback that influences AI model improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferred experience with Kotlin and Android development.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer.
