Senior Solution Consultant – French/Italian Market

About the role

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support its Commercial sales team across the French and/or Italian market. In this individual‑contributor position you will translate complex customer business challenges into tailored solutions that leverage DocuSign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer business problems, internal systems and information topology within the assigned territory.
• Map customer requirements to DocuSign solutions and create custom product demonstrations.
• Produce technical proposals, respond to RFP/RFI, and develop workflow outlines and business‑process diagrams.
• Partner with sales to achieve revenue targets and articulate high‑ROI recommendations.
• Maintain deep product expertise, including current and future platform features.
• Champion DocuSign’s security certifications and best‑practice methodologies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions consulting, sales engineering or technical account management.
• Proven ability to present solutions both remotely and face‑to‑face.
• Strong track record of delivering impactful software demonstrations and technical proposals.
• Fluent in English and either French or Italian.
