Senior Solutions Architect – AMLA Regulatory Transformation

About the role

We are supporting a leading financial services organisation on a major EU Anti‑Money Laundering Authority (AMLA) regulatory transformation programme. The Senior Solutions Architect will provide end‑to‑end architecture leadership and help define the target‑state technology solution across a complex banking transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture activities and produce High Level Designs (HLDs).
• Define data and integration architecture for complex, distributed environments.
• Support regulatory and financial‑services transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners.
• Provide architectural direction through solution design, mobilisation and implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture with a strong HLD track record.
• Expertise in data and integration architecture.
• Background delivering large‑scale banking or financial‑services transformation programmes.
• Experience with regulatory technology implementations.
• Systems‑thinking capability and experience shaping enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Comfort working in complex, multi‑vendor environments.
