Senior Solutions Engineer (French Speaking) – 11‑month FTC

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who speaks French to join its Dublin team on an 11‑month fixed‑term contract. In this hybrid role you will act as a trusted, customer‑facing partner, helping organisations improve hiring, development and retention through LinkedIn’s talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Directors, Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to shape solution approaches for sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate the business value of LinkedIn’s platform, guiding customers from discovery through decision.
• Translate complex talent challenges into measurable outcomes such as reduced time‑to‑hire, higher quality of hire and stronger employer branding.
• Explain LinkedIn’s data‑driven products—including job matching, talent insights and learning recommendations—in clear, practical terms.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in French to engage French‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with curiosity about how talent, data and technology drive organisational outcomes.
• Experience working on complex sales opportunities and partnering closely with sales teams.
• Interest in emerging technologies, data and AI as they relate to the future of work.
