Senior Supply Chain Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join a leading global manufacturing organisation. The role leads Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Trade Compliance, driving operational excellence, supply continuity and continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop high‑performing planning, procurement, logistics and trade teams.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive inventory optimisation, cost reduction and service improvements.
• Partner with manufacturing, finance and global supply chain teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and trade requirements.
• Lead ERP/MRP and supply chain digital improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline (APICS/ASCM certification desirable).
• 7‑10+ years of supply chain experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in planning, procurement, supplier management and logistics.
• Proven leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering cost‑saving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced SAP experience (ECC, APO; S/4HANA a plus).
• ERP/MRP systems implementation and optimisation.
