Senior Tax Manager – International Corporate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a leading international corporation in Dublin. Working closely with the Head of Tax, you will be involved in a broad range of tax compliance, advisory and strategic projects across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage preparation and review of corporate tax returns for several jurisdictions.
• Support quarterly and annual tax reporting, liaising with finance teams and external advisors.
• Provide practical tax advice on commercial transactions and initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to strategic tax projects, process improvements and business transformation.
• Partner with finance, legal and operational teams to influence commercial decision‑making.
• Assist with international tax matters, including transfer pricing and cross‑border transactions.
• Support tax risk management, governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Build strong relationships with senior management, external advisors and tax authorities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of relevant tax experience in practice and/or industry.
• Strong corporate tax compliance and reporting background.
• Experience in tax advisory and business partnering.
• Proven project management skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and communication abilities.
