Senior Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join a fast‑growing professional services firm in South Dublin. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Irish tax practice and delivering high‑quality advisory services to a diverse corporate client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of qualified and part‑qualified tax professionals.
• Provide proactive, commercially‑focused tax advice on Irish and international corporate tax matters.
• Manage client engagements, including budgets, risk assessment, and communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to practice development, process improvements, and strategic projects.

Required profile

• CTA‑qualified tax advisor with 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand client needs.
• Forward‑thinking mindset with a willingness to leverage technology and innovative solutions.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Irish Corporation Tax.
• Familiarity with VAT, personal income tax and employment taxation.
