Senior Vice President – ETF Fund Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead ETF fund accounting operations. The role ensures accurate daily NAV calculations in a fast‑paced environment and serves as the primary escalation point for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of daily NAV calculations and act as escalation point.
• Critically analyse fund movements and guide the team on escalated NAV production items.
• Serve as the main contact for clients on operational queries, challenges, and new product launches.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure all client and internal deliverables meet firm policies and procedures.
• Drive initiatives that support change and improvement aligned with the firm’s strategy.
• Manage team performance, conduct performance reviews, and develop direct reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on process‑improvement projects, audit queries, and procedural changes.
• Communicate critical updates to senior management promptly.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of fund accounting experience within operations, preferably using Enterprise Invest One.
• Knowledge of fund accounting requirements for ETFs is an advantage.
• Proven people‑management experience, with coaching and development skills.
• Client‑facing experience interacting with auditors and market data providers.
• Third‑level degree, ideally in Accounting or Business.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving team improvements.
