Senior Windows System Engineer – Microsoft 365 & Entra

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Windows System Engineer to join a large enterprise and help manage a complex, multi‑tenant Microsoft environment. The role focuses on modern workplace technologies, identity management, cloud services and enterprise collaboration platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments across multiple tenants.
• Manage Entra ID lifecycle, access governance and Conditional Access policies.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Teams, including Enterprise Voice capabilities.
• Support Exchange Online administration, mail flow and tenant configuration.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, migrations and cross‑tenant integrations.
• Manage endpoint compliance and configuration through Microsoft Intune.
• Administer SharePoint Online and enforce collaboration governance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on hybrid/on‑premises identity solutions.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
• Support Azure‑based infrastructure services and related cloud technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of senior Microsoft infrastructure or systems engineering experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise‑scale collaboration platforms.
• Experience in hybrid cloud identity and access management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.
