SEO Account Manager

About the role

dentsu is seeking an SEO Account Manager to define and execute SEO strategies for enterprise clients. The role blends technical SEO expertise with emerging AI‑driven discovery, helping clients gain visibility across a rapidly evolving search landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and evolve SEO strategy, testing emerging tactics and translating learnings into best practices.
• Serve as the primary client contact, leading presentations, working sessions, and strategic discussions.
• Conduct technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Guide keyword research, competitive analysis, content opportunity assessments, and AI visibility evaluations.
• Oversee performance reporting, insights, and business cases tied to GEO and SEO impact.
• Support major initiatives such as site migrations, redesigns, CMS changes, and large‑scale launches.
• Manage and develop junior team members, overseeing workflows, QA, and hiring processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or enterprise setting.
• At least 1 year of direct people‑management experience.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑level accounts and complex workstreams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into business‑focused recommendations.
