Service Desk Administrator – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join a leading financial services organisation on a 9‑12 month day‑rate contract, with strong potential for extension or a permanent role. The position is hybrid, requiring only two days per week on site, offering a healthy work‑life balance while supporting colleagues across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the rollout of Microsoft 365 technologies throughout the organisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to keep users productive.
• Provide customer‑focused support and build strong relationships across the business.
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable team, sharing knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in a Service Desk Administrator role.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑first attitude.
• Proactive mindset with genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems.
