Service Desk Technician L2 – A/V Events (Mac/iOS)

About the role

Milestone Technologies is seeking a Service Desk Technician L2 to join its IT Help Desk Operations team in Dublin. The role focuses on providing first‑line technical support to internal users and delivering A/V support for internal and customer‑facing events, primarily in a Mac/iOS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote technical assistance for Mac and Windows workstations.
• Support A/V equipment and troubleshoot conference‑room issues for events.
• Manage walk‑up, ticket‑based, and VIP support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components as needed.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex incidents and improve service processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Help Desk or Service Desk role with walk‑up support.
• Hands‑on experience supporting A/V events and conference‑room technology.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday during standard business hours.

Required skills

• Mac OS (including command‑line troubleshooting).
• Windows operating system.
• A/V event support and conference‑room troubleshooting.
• Google Meet and Google Workspace.
• Collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
