Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

About the role

The Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative joins Rentokil Initial in Limerick to provide on‑site service, installation and collection of equipment for a diverse customer base. You will start and finish each day from home, travelling to customer locations to resolve service requests and identify upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites and deliver service requests professionally.
• Install, fit, collect and exchange units or products as required.
• Provide regular updates to service management on request status.
• Ensure all stock and services supplied are appropriate and meet quality standards.
• Contribute to route planning for new service requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and exceed customer expectations.

Required profile

• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Positive, proactive ‘can‑do’ attitude.
