Service Technician – Field Based (Cork)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Cork team, delivering, installing, and maintaining water coolers and filtration systems for Culligan Ireland. The role is field‑based, requiring travel across the region to ensure customers receive reliable, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, installations, repairs, exchanges and collections of water cooler equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective technical solutions.
• Maintain an efficient daily schedule while remaining flexible for reactive service calls.
• Manage van stock, tools and inventory to complete tasks.
• Record service visits accurately using provided digital tablet.
• Provide a professional, courteous service experience to every customer.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence (max 6 points, no disqualifying offences).
• Minimum three years’ driving experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues.
• Strong geographical knowledge of Cork and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Customer‑first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
