ServiceNow Administrator – Hybrid, Permanent

About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to join a Dublin‑based team on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and continuous optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it remains reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Manage user access, roles, and group structures to uphold governance and security standards.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve technical issues, and coordinate upgrades and patches.
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, automation rules, UI policies, and service catalog items.
• Support the accuracy and governance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Create and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and automated data extracts.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Produce comprehensive technical and process documentation.
• Provide user guidance, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
• Track system health and user adoption metrics to drive platform effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator accreditation.
• Strong analytical mindset with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
