Shift Lead – Retail Operations

About the role

As a Shift Lead you will be the heartbeat of our Galway store, overseeing daily operations to create a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. You will manage the shift from the earliest start at 6 am until the latest finish at 10 pm, ensuring the store runs smoothly and every customer counts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store during your shift, coordinating activities and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Deploy team members effectively to deliver excellent customer service.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and staff, addressing queries and issues promptly.
• Maintain health and safety standards, conducting regular checks and compliance actions.
• Monitor store performance, stock levels and visual standards throughout the shift.
