About the role
The Shop Floor Assistant is responsible for merchandising, rotating and presenting stock in the assigned department while maintaining hygiene and food standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders for various departments and ensure correct labelling and stock rotation.
- Maintain store presentation to the highest standard and keep the back‑store tidy.
- Check deliveries against goods‑in procedures and liaise with the Store Manager on layout changes.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
