About the role
Join Boots as a Customer Assistant and gain valuable retail experience. You will work on the shop floor, at the tills, or in the back shop, supporting customers and helping the store run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers, answer questions, and provide product advice.
- Promote in‑store offers and schemes to enhance sales.
- Maintain a tidy, presentable store environment and ensure correct product displays.
- Support stock management and help at the tills.
Required profile

- Communicate and listen effectively with customers and team members.
