Shop Supervisor

About the role

As a Shop Supervisor at Applegreen you will support the Site Manager in delivering a high‑performing retail outlet. You will be the front‑line leader ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to optimise store performance.
• Drive sales by supporting the team in meeting targets and promoting products.
• Motivate and coach staff, set achievable goals and maintain clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.
