Site Agent – Construction Project Lead

About the role

Sisk is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead the delivery of a construction project from mobilisation through to completion. The role is the primary on‑site authority, responsible for safe, efficient and quality‑driven supervision of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the site before launch and manage the full construction phase.
• Develop and monitor weekly programme targets and drive project pace.
• Oversee site setup, facilities, and temporary works register.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and coordinate foremen and site staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, quality and sustainability (HSEQS) protocols.
• Monitor onsite energy and waste data and maintain accurate site records.
• Lead daily whiteboard meetings and communicate requirements to commercial teams.
• Implement an efficient registration system for site entry and exit.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering construction projects across multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to lead medium to large‑scale projects and supervise subcontractors.
• Strong people‑management and decision‑making skills, calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
