Site Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on high‑quality construction projects in Cork. You will coordinate work areas, ensure strict safety and quality standards, and support innovative project delivery in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities, coordinating teams and work zones.
• Maintain company and client safety procedures and quality standards.
• Oversee project schedules, progress reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Handle procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
• Support implementation of Inspection Test Plans and manage project handovers.
• Identify risks and work with management to keep projects on time and compliant.
• Close out snags and non‑conformances to ensure a high finish standard.

Required profile

• Significant site management experience in construction.
• In‑depth knowledge of ISO45001:2018 safety management and ISO9001:2015 quality management systems.
• Strong leadership with ability to communicate across diverse teams.
• Proven project management skills, including scheduling, reporting and register maintenance.
