Site Manager – Construction (Life Science & Regulated Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead live construction sites across a diverse portfolio, with a strong focus on GxP‑constrained life‑science projects. You will be responsible for delivering safe, on‑time, high‑quality work while navigating regulated environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring safety, programme adherence and quality standards.
• Lead delivery on GxP‑constrained life‑science schemes, complying with client protocols, permit systems and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and site logistics throughout all construction phases.
• Implement and enforce health & safety standards, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Oversee quality control, inspection processes, snagging, handover documentation and client walk‑downs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and contracts managers to align site activities with overall project goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction sites, preferably with exposure to regulated or GxP environments.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions, drive programmes and take clear accountability for safety, quality and delivery.
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative, hands‑on approach.
