Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the daily operations of a large construction site or multiple smaller sites for a well‑established Irish construction and fit‑out company. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health, safety, environment and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site management, implementing company processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead, motivate and manage site crews, acting as the senior on‑site authority for complex or multi‑section projects.
• Proactively address on‑site challenges, resolve issues and adapt to changing project scopes.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality standards.

Required profile

• Relevant third‑level education or trade qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar construction site management role.
• Proven ability to plan, organise and execute projects within scope, time and budget.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and building regulations.
• Experience implementing H&S, environmental and quality standards.
