Site Manager

About the role

Glenveagh is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a residential duplex project in Ballymastone, North County Dublin. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations on a large‑scale residential site, managing both direct labour and subcontractors.
• Control project scope, budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with contract agreements.
• Implement quality‑assurance procedures and monitor compliance with building regulations and certification standards.
• Lead health and safety meetings, enforce H&S policies and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate material procurement to match programme requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree, Higher Diploma, HETAC qualification or equivalent trade experience.
• Significant site‑management experience on residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of current Irish building regulations and certification standards.
• Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail and methodical approach.
• Proactive, self‑motivated leader with the ability to work effectively in a team.
