Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager will lead day‑to‑day construction activities at our Carrigtwohill site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Project Manager and works closely with clients and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all on‑site work activities.
• Supervise site personnel, subcontractors and trades to maintain productivity.
• Monitor progress against the project programme and take corrective actions when needed.
• Manage materials, equipment and logistics to support construction operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports and documentation.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support commissioning, testing and hand‑over activities at project completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management or construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling and resource coordination.
• Demonstrated focus on health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of quality control practices and documentation.
• Relevant technical or construction qualification (degree, diploma or trade) preferred.
• Experience in constrained or complex environments and familiarity with Irish regulations is an advantage.
