Site Operations Director – Manufacturing Leadership

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Director to lead a high‑volume production facility. This senior leadership position will drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a safety‑first culture and maintain an injury‑free workplace.
• Lead site operations to achieve top performance in quality, delivery, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and execute strategies that optimise manufacturing performance while reducing operating costs.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, Lean manufacturing practices, and process optimisation.
• Manage operational resources, capacity planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Develop, engage, and mentor teams to foster accountability and operational excellence.
• Support strategic planning, performance management, and long‑term business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing costs, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related discipline (preferred).
