Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our high‑performing technology team in Dublin City Centre. The role focuses on ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of business‑critical platforms across both Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support production platforms, guaranteeing high availability and operational stability.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Automate manual processes with scalable, code‑driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tools to improve system health.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for reliable releases.
• Collaborate with software development and infrastructure teams to boost platform reliability.
• Create internal tools and drive continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Production Engineering.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Hands‑on experience administering Windows and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Elasticsearch.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Willingness to work in a shift‑based environment with occasional on‑call duties.
