SMB Account Executive – French Speaking (Dublin)

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a dynamic SMB Account Executive to drive growth in the French‑speaking small‑ and medium‑business market. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid model, combining remote and on‑site activities while benefiting from full relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of French‑language SMB customers, from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business by targeting “whitespace” opportunities and expand existing accounts through strategic upselling.
• Deliver consultative solution selling, aligning Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce AI capabilities with customer challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level decision‑makers and act as a strategic advisor.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets and report pipeline health to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in French and English.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and collaborate across global teams.
