Social Media and Content Manager

About the role

The Paddy Box is seeking a creative Social Media and Content Manager to become the brand’s online voice. You will design and execute organic social strategies, produce engaging multimedia content, and help turn audience interaction into leads and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organic social media strategy aligned with the wider brand and marketing plan.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar covering campaigns, seasonal moments, cultural events, product launches and business priorities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and to support paid media initiatives.
• Ideate, film, edit and publish short‑form video and static content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Lead organic shoots in the office, warehouse and external locations, and appear on‑camera when required.
• Write compelling copy, captions and campaign assets that reflect the brand’s tone of voice.
• Schedule, publish and monitor posts to maximise reach, engagement and audience interaction.

Required profile

• Imaginative and creative with a strong understanding of social media trends and platform nuances.
• Ability to produce high‑quality visual storytelling, including effective video hooks, pacing, audio and captions.
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and delivering content to a consistently high standard.
• Proactive in spotting emerging trends and creating timely, reactive content.
• Confident appearing on camera and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
