Social Media Content Creator – Hotel Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Content Creator to join our hotel portfolio team in Balbriggan, Dublin. The role will shape the digital voice of our hotels, driving brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial performance across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets – short‑form videos, reels, stories and photography – that generate engagement and conversions.
• Maintain content calendars aligned with hotel campaigns, seasonal promotions and group‑wide initiatives.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to capture real‑time content and amplify local stories.
• Craft authentic brand narratives highlighting guest experiences, food & beverage, weddings, events and local culture.
• Manage community interaction by responding to comments, messages and user‑generated content.
• Support influencer collaborations, from sourcing and briefing to performance tracking.
• Monitor social KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion, ROI) and deliver monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
• Proactive collaborator comfortable working with marketing, sales and hotel operations teams.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
