About the role

This fully remote position is for a creative marketing professional based in Ireland who will turn ideas into engaging social media content that boosts brand visibility and audience interaction, especially for B2B audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish high‑quality content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms, tailored to B2B audiences.
• Develop visual concepts, narratives and formats that strengthen brand presence.
• Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Schedule posts, monitor platform updates and engage with the community.
• Track trends, analyse engagement metrics and optimise strategies based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience creating and editing social media content in a B2B marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram platforms.
• Knowledge of social media best practices and analytics.
