Social Media Manager

About the role

Life Style Sports is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its social presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. The role will shape original, social‑first content that engages consumers and supports product launches, promotions and brand partnerships. You will act as the voice of the brand and build an active community around the company’s retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a social media calendar aligned with product launches, brand campaigns, promotions and industry events.
• Develop a social media strategy that supports the overall brand and commercial objectives, with weekly and monthly planning.
• Manage the external social media agency, overseeing content planning, approvals, reactive content and community management.
• Participate in photo and video shoots, providing direction for store, brand centre, street and product content.
• Cover partner events (e.g., Tryka, Bear races, DDSL) to generate cohesive partnership content.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to supply native assets for paid social advertising.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating and executing social media content for consumer brands.
• Strong storytelling ability and an eye for visual content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with agencies and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
