Social Media Manager

About the role

The TCC Group, an Irish business covering career coaching, recruitment, executive development and workforce technology, is looking for a creative, commercially minded Social Media Manager. You will own the social media strategy and execution across several brands, working closely with the CEO, the marketing team and the wider business. The role is remote and full time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, including monthly content calendars aligned with commercial goals.
• Create and edit short-form video, reels, carousels, graphics and written content, write hooks, captions and calls to action, and coordinate recording with the CEO, coaches and the team.
• Manage comments and messages, turn engagement into leads and appointments, and support lead generation campaigns and programme launches.
• Work with the sales team to find content that generates business opportunities and build relationships with creators, industry professionals and partners.
• Monitor performance, test content formats and hooks, and report weekly on audience growth, leads and conversions.
• Support the launch of new brands, programmes and franchise locations, and align organic content with paid advertising.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines and priorities, and to work independently and take ownership.
• An interest in AI tools for content production.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools; social media analytics.
• Advantage: Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, SEO or marketing automation.
