Social Media Specialist (Lisbon)

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to join its Lisbon office. You will craft and publish engaging content that builds community, raises brand awareness, and supports product initiatives across multiple social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and schedule high‑quality posts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage posting calendars for both corporate and product pages.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering conversations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Design teams to align content with launches, hiring campaigns and other initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation or community engagement.
• Strong writing ability with clear, concise and compelling copy.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
