Software Architect (AI‑Native, Remote – Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Software Architect who loves writing production code and thrives in ambiguous, AI‑driven environments. This fully remote position is based in Ireland and focuses on building AI‑native products that help global businesses navigate complex regulatory data.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI‑first systems, including data ingestion, retrieval/search (RAG), agentic workflows, evaluation pipelines, and human‑in‑the‑loop interfaces.
• Write production‑grade code, prototype solutions, and pair with engineers to iterate quickly.
• Own system outcomes by ensuring performance, cost‑efficiency, and stability of LLM‑backed features.
• Integrate AI tools into daily development workflows, leveraging autonomous coding loops.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate complex customer problems into AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience combined with 5+ years in architectural roles.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, secure SaaS applications on AWS Serverless.
• Hands‑on expertise in both TypeScript and Python, with enough front‑end knowledge to ship product surfaces.
• Experience shipping non‑trivial generative AI systems (RAG, agentic workflows, structured extraction).
• Product‑mindset, agile attitude, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
