Software Engineer – Java Development (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our development team and build Java‑based applications for our TopClass LMS platform. The role is fully remote and supports our mission to deliver innovative learning solutions for not‑for‑profit and membership organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and scrum teammates to deliver user stories and meet sprint milestones.
- Design, develop, test, document and maintain high‑quality web‑based software components.
- Conduct code reviews and perform functional, visual and automated testing.
- Support technical support teams by reproducing and resolving customer issues.
- Adhere to established coding standards, agile practices and continuous improvement feedback.
Required profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing integrated, full‑feature web applications.
- Proven ability to work in an agile Scrum environment.
