Spanish-Speaking Investment Counsellor (Wealth Management)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing US wealth‑management firm expanding its European business. We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Investment Counsellor to manage an established portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and deliver a premium advisory experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with an existing €100‑150 million client portfolio.
• Act as the primary trusted adviser for Spanish‑speaking investors.
• Provide proactive communication, portfolio reviews and market updates.
• Collaborate with investment teams to align solutions with client objectives.
• Maintain high client retention and satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with high‑net‑worth clients in private banking, wealth management or investment advisory.
• Ambitious, energetic and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong desire for professional growth and increased earnings.

• Base salary €82,000 per year.
• Discretionary bonus €15,000–€20,000 for strong performers.
