Sponsorship & Events Manager

About the role

This hands‑on, fast‑paced position is responsible for delivering the brand’s events programme across Ireland. You will be on the ground representing a trusted Irish brand within the agri community, managing events from concept through to on‑the‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver multi‑day events, handling logistics, suppliers, branding, signage and run‑of‑show.
• Coordinate CEO, executive team and VIP requirements, including guest lists and on‑site activities.
• Collaborate with the PR team on press releases, quotes and event‑related communications.
• Support social media content and promotional activities linked to key events.
• Lead and mentor a Marketing Executive, ensuring seamless execution while retaining primary ownership of events.
• Maintain budgets, schedules and supplier relationships using spreadsheets and project tools.
• Travel nationwide during event season and work occasional weekends on a rotating basis.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience delivering multi‑day events, preferably with senior leadership or VIP involvement.
• Highly organised with the ability to plan months ahead and manage multiple moving parts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leadership and external partners.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of a shared rota.
